For quick questions about tutorials, patterns, materials, or purchases, send us a message at contato@gb or use the contact form on our website. When you write, please include:

  • A clear subject line (for example: “Question about printable pattern — Rose Sampler”)
  • A short description of your question
  • Any relevant links or order numbers

We aim to respond to general inquiries within 48–72 hours (Mon–Fri). Please note response times may be longer on weekends and holidays.

Collaboration Opportunities

Interested in partnering with GB? We welcome creative collaborations that align with our mission: clear guidance, beautiful results, and intentional embroidery. Common collaborations include:

  • Co-created pattern releases
  • Guest tutorials and workshops
  • Product collaborations (kits, tools, notions)

To pitch a collaboration, email contato@gb with:

  • A concise project summary
  • Links to your work and social profiles or media kit
  • Audience size / demographics (if available)
  • Proposed timeline and compensation (if applicable)
  • Examples of past collaborations or references

We review collaboration proposals weekly — if your project is a fit we’ll reply with next steps and timelines.

Advertising and Sponsorship

GB accepts limited advertising and sponsorships that are a good fit for our community and values. Options include sponsored posts, newsletter sponsorships, and product placements. To inquire:

  • Email contato@gb with “Advertising / Sponsorship Inquiry” in the subject
  • Include your brand overview, audience targets, proposed creative format, and budget
  • Attach any rate cards or campaign examples

After reviewing your inquiry we’ll share available placements, audience metrics, and a media kit on request.

Technical Issues

If something on the site isn’t working — broken link, PDF not downloading, layout problems, or errors during checkout — please contact us so we can fix it fast. When reporting a technical problem, include:

  • The page URL where the issue occurred (example: https://granaboom.com/patterns/flower)
  • A short description of the problem and the steps to reproduce it
  • Device and browser (e.g., iPhone 12 — Safari, Windows 10 — Chrome)
  • Screenshots or short screen recordings if possible

Send technical reports to contato@gb with the subject line “Technical Issue” and we’ll prioritize a fix.

Share Your Work

We love seeing what you make with GB patterns and tutorials. If you’d like to share a finished piece or a work-in-progress:

  • Email hi-res photos (minimum 1200px on the longest side is helpful)
  • Include a short caption: your name, pattern used, stitches you tried, and any tips
  • Let us know if you give permission to feature your images on granaboom.com and GB social channels

By sending your photos and caption you grant GB permission to feature them with attribution. If you prefer not to be published, please state that in your message.
